Feed Salem is a food bank ministry offering boxes of food for those in need in our community.

 

Volunteer

Intake and Prayer:
9:30 am–12:30pm, day of distributions
Great and Welcome families who are receiving food boxes. Volunteers fill out intake forms with families and ask if they would like prayer.

Warehouse/Sorting:
8:45 am–12:30 pm, day of distributions
Set up the warehouse in preparation for food box giveaways. Warehouse volunteers sort food items and put together boxes to hand out to each family. They also help clean after the doors close.

Delivery:
11:00 am, day of distribution
Load up boxes to deliver to families who cannot get out of their homes. Volunteers connect with families, filing out intake forms and asking if they would like prayer.

When Is It?
3rd Saturday of the month, from December–May (as long as food supplies last).  

Open 10:00 am–12:00 pm


Where Is It? 

At the NW corner of Hood and Church Streets, where Fairgrounds Road curves into Hood Street. There is parking on the north and west sides of the building.
