Weekend Church

Newborns to Walkers:

Nursery care is provided during all weekend services. Our nursery rooms are staffed with a focus on consistency. As we lovingly interact with and care for an infant, Christ’s love is being shared. Our desire is for each infant to experience church as a safe and loving place to be.

Toddlers - 2’s:

The toddler rooms are available during each of our weekend services. Starting at 18 months a simple curriculum is included and designed to introduce our toddlers to basic Biblical truths. Concepts learned at this age can be life lasting. We want children to discover that God is loving and faithful.

3 – 5 years:

Children have the opportunity to learn Biblical truths and concepts through hands-on, age-appropriate activities and stories. Our desire is that children will learn Biblical concepts through their activities and also experience the love and grace of Christ through interactions and relationships.

Moving rooms

Infants through toddlers are moved up to new rooms throughout the year based on developmental levels; crawlers, walkers, and around 18 months move on to toddler rooms. Parents and workers decide together when it is best to move an infant on to the next room.

All other children (ages 2-5) stay in one room for the entire year. Placement is determined by the child’s age on September 1st of the ministry year (Our ministry year runs from September through July.)

Wednesday Nights

7:00pm

We provide activity-directed childcare for preschoolers whose parents are involved in choir, small groups, or Confident Kids.

Mission Statement

We seek to partner with families to disciple their children in a way that will, in God's timing, bring them to faith in Jesus as Savior, teach them to walk in God's ways and tell others about Him.

Health Policy

The following policy is designed to help keep the children of Salem Alliance Church healthy. Please help us by following these guidelines.

If your child exhibits any of the following symptoms, we ask that he or she not attend Animal Alley until they are symptom free:

-Runny nose: green, yellow, or clear that is running profusely

-Severe cough

-Spots or rashes: related to something contagious

-Oozy eyes and/or pink eyes

-Fever within the past 24 hours

-Vomiting within the past 24 hours

-Diarrhea within the past 24 hours

If your child has been sick we recommend three full days of being symptom-free before returning to Animal Alley.

Diapering & Nursing Area

If you are looking for somewhere to diaper your child, a changing area is available down the preschool hallway in the Welcome Area. This Welcome area is also available for parents to stay with infants and toddlers and still be able to listen to the service. A small nursing room is available as well.
