How to Download Sermons
You can always listen to a sermon by clicking on its title on this page. But if you want to download the file to save to your computer or portable MP3 player, just follow these instructions.
If you have a PC, right-click on the sermon title and choose "Save Target As..." from the menu that appears. (If you're using Firefox, it's "Save Link As...").The computer will prompt you for the location where you want to save the file. Navigate to the folder of your choice, or to the desktop, and save the file. Before clicking "save" you may want to change the file name ("m" followed by a number) to something more easily recognized.
If you have a Mac, you can hold down the mouse button over the title to get a similar menu, and it too will have a Save command.
When the download is finished, you will have an mp3 file on your hard drive in the folder you selected. Open up your music management program - the one you use to collect songs for your MP3 player. (I use iTunes, but whatever you use will be fine.) Most of these programs have a command that lets you locate a file to add to your music collection. (In iTunes, it is "Add File to Library.")
Add the file to your library, and then open up its information box (in iTunes, you right-click on the title and choose Get Info) so that you can add information like the sermon title, the speaker, and so forth.
Now you are ready to connect your mp3 player and transfer the sermon to it, just as you would do for a song file.
